JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Taking off quantities according to measurement standards.
- Comparison of drawings with BOQ & tender requirements, raise queries and clarification.
- Preparation of packages for contractor works, sending enquiries, follow-ups, receiving quotations and negotiation of rates.
- Attending tender meetings.
- Preparation of comparisons and verification of bid summary.
- Keep and update logs of quotations.
- Preparation of cost comparisons.
- Preparing cost estimates, unit rates and analysis.
- Pretender site visits.
- Create Purchase Orders.
