JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a well-established, leading interior Fit Out contractor, active across The Gulf and internationally.
This company, who are renowned for their delivery of high-end Commercial and Hospitality projects across the GCC, are looking for someone who can seamlessly join an existing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing Clients
- Budget Control
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valuations
- Variations
- Preparation of BoQs
- Regular Correspondence with Project Manager with regards to commercial issues
- Subcontractor allocation and payments
In accordance with the increase in demand currently being experienced, our client is looking to appoint a talented quantity surveyor to undertake a role in post contract work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with fit out projects of varying sizes and scope
- A degree from a recognised institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An excellent understanding of pre and post contract activity
