JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Duties:
• Compilation of sub contract orders, Valuations/Variations
• Dealing with Commercial administration matters.
• Producing monthly reports/CVR's
• Performing Monthly reporting of turnover/profits/forecasting.
• Investigating and reporting any inconsistencies.
• Annual budgeting.
• Preparing financial reports, charts, tables.
• Assisting and equipping with adequate documentation and reports for external and internal audits
.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years QS experience, ideally with Main Contractors in the UAE.• Site based exposure on Building projects and a track record dealing with Senior Management effectively.
• Confident and strong personality.
• Good English communication/writing skills.
• Degree Educated ideally
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
