* Design, develop, and commercialise cost effective, stable formulas of various dosage forms within the purview of regulatory guidelines.
* Identify organic certified ingredients specially excipients, sweeteners, binders for various applications.

* Design, develop, and commercialise cost effective, stable formulas of various dosage forms within the purview of regulatory guidelines.
* Identify organic certified ingredients specially excipients, sweeteners, binders for various applications.
* Mapping the current markets, competition, bench marking and arrive at the desired product features.
* Designing products for global markets that need sound knowledge on EU/US dietary supplement guidelines DSHEA, ICH, WHO, stability requirements, Prop 65 guidelines and SUPAC.
* Quick product prototyping with cost effective solutions, addressing consumer and marketing requirements.
* Work with packaging dept for cost effective, sustainable but stability proof container-closure systems.
* Prepare and support dossier submission requirements as per product requirement with R & D-QA team.
* Identify and evaluate the latest technologies and propose implementation.

* Experience in Food Supplements.
* European market knowledge is a plus.
