JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-known international healthcare provider accommodating over 200,000 residents/patients spanning over 15 countries. They are looking to expand their leadership by hiring a Finance and RCM manager in UAE (based in Dubai).

The Company is a global homecare organization with over 700 facilities with 65,000+ employees. They provide a number of services primarily focused around homecare and rehabilitation. They have a recorded revenue of over 4 billion dollars for the year 2021.


About the role:
The ideal candidate should have an advanced and versatile knowledge of budget, treasury and revenue cycle management as well as accountancy, extensive skills in computer applications with the inclusion of Epic systems; qualified team management experience; have the leadership and skills to delegate and exceptional written and verbal communication ability. The candidate must also be able to works on multiple projects at once, balance deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team, under the supervision of the head of the facility and the director of finance of the Business Team, even in strenuous situations.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management
* Prepare the yearly budget along with the Director;
* Ensure optimized financial monitoring and reporting;
* Make financial reports for distinct projects;
* Make invoices for patients and solve any billing problems;
* Develop and execute procedures for dealing with accounting and finance, evaluate accounting discrepancies and suggest rectifying actions;
* Monitor the accounts payable and accounts receivable;
* Ensure that the tax reporting requirements are fulfilled punctually.

RCM Management
* Planning and execution of precise and efficient classification of the revenue and accounts receivable data which includes the analytics and reporting of data to proceed with optimal evaluation of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) performance indicators, KPIs and dashboards
* Give technical and leadership based advice to the department to make sure of optimal performance in accordance with the organization targets
* Monitoring the revenue cycle team in multiple versatile duties, such as account management, communication with the insurance providers, billing, cash posting, contract analysis, and collections.
* Supervising staff performance by giving timely feedback, performance evaluations, and meetings with individual staff.
* Support and drive the process of punctual and precise submission of regular periodic reports
* Support the preparation of refusal provisions and review of related rejection insights and performance indicators

REQUIREMENTS

* Should have a knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and systems
