Real Estate Admin Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating with agents and clients, and ensuring efficient handling of all administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Support the team with scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
• Draft, review, and manage real estate documents such as tenancy contracts, Form A/B, and MOUs.
• Upload and manage property listings on portals like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems.
• Assist with Ejari registrations, DLD formalities, Trakheesi System, and other government-related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders professionally.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Track and report property availability, leads, and transaction status on a regular basis.
• Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations of the office.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
