JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client who is a very well established Real Estate company in Dubai, we are now looking to find experienced real estate agents who have UAE Real Estate experience.
- Meet with clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements & deeds.?
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services.??
- Coordinate viewings with prospective buyers.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Contact property owners and advertise services in order to solicit property sales listings.
What our client provides for successful candidates:
- Attractive Basic Salary Package 7,000 - 10,000 AED + Commission 50%
- Marketing tools and media support
REQUIREMENTS
* Speak Fluent English
* Have experience within Real Estate in UAE minimum 1 year
* Have experience within sales of property, not only Leasing.
* The candidates need to be mature and serious.
* They need to be motivated and positive.
* Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive
* Computer Skills
* Analytic, creative thinker, dynamic character
* Stress & time management skills
* RERA card is an advantage
