Real Estate Agent

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in the vibrant real estate industry in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Negotiate and draft real estate contracts and ensure their legality and enforceability
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Stay updated on real estate trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Valid UAE driving license and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market and property management laws
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Aptitude in using CRM software and other real estate tools
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field (preferred)
