Role: Real Estate Agent
Rewarding Compensation and Benefits:
Commissions: Starting at 50%, up to 65%.

Monthly Bonuses: upon achieving minimum KPI.

Commission Payouts: Weekly, every Friday.

Employment Benefits: 2-year employment VISA and medical insurance after successful training completion.

Communication: Paid SIM card with unlimited UAE calls and limited international calls.

Transportation: Drivers & cars available for viewings; no UAE Driver's License required.

Sales Support: Access to property data and hot leads.

Sales opportunities: Immediate work on secondary sales, off-plan sales, leasing, commercial, and short-term rentals.

Marketing Support: Listings on major property portals like Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut, supported by us.

Requirements:

We are particularly interested in native English speakers who are ready to excel in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.
