JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and a deep understanding of the UAE property market. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Sales and Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the UAE or GCC market.
- Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized property recommendations.
- Property Listings: Prepare and present property listings, including conducting property viewings and creating compelling marketing materials.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Documentation: Manage all documentation related to property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and legal paperwork.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts, including property owners, developers, and other real estate professionals, to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the UAE property market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant real estate certifications are a plus.
Skills:
- Proven sales skills with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex transactions.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.

Salary:
AED
5,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
