Virtual Reality Real Estate LLC is well-established real estate company based in Dubai. Our team of multi-language and highly educated real estate brokers have expertise in both Dubai and the international market. We are currently seeking a talented and organized professional to join our team as Real Estate Agent. We are looking for motivated individuals who are up for a challenge in the fast-moving real estate industry.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Should have good knowledge of sales process. Preferably in Real Estate industry.
• Ability to source projects through various means and networks of developers.
• Excellent negotiation skills with strong background of customer service.
• Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic would be advantageous.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Exceptional knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends, laws, and regulations.
• Preparing Forms such as (MOU, Tenancy Contract, Form A, B, I, & U)
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a real estate broker (Sales experience will be considered)• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Impressive personality
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

AED
8,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
