Our offices are located in Dubai and Vladivostok. Our mission is to deliver excellent services to clients and assist them in finding ideal real estate solutions. Due to expansion, we are looking for a real estate sales specialist to join our team. The main result of your work is the fulfillment of company targets and grateful clients.
Functional responsibilities:
- Conducting consultations and presentations for clients on the purchase, sale and rental of real estate.
- Organizing and conducting real estate properties’ viewing.
- Preparation and execution of necessary transaction documentation.
- Maintaining a database of clients and objects in a CRM system.
- Analysis of the real estate market and monitoring of the competitive environment.
- Participation in marketing events and advertising campaigns of the company.
Payment We Guarantee:
- Bonuses and rewards from 40 % to 50% from each transaction.
Additionally:
- We provide a daily volume of customer requests and leads in a convenient CRM system.
- Participation in all corporate events.
- Regular training.
- Work schedule: 5/2.
- Modern office in Motor City, Dubai.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales from 2 years and in real estate from 1 year- Knowledge of Russian and English languages is required.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate/mortgage market
- Diplomacy and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented, prompt in communication with clients.
- Friendly and energetic person.
- Strives for development and personal growth.
Salary:
USD
10,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
