JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Consultant in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and a proven track record in sales and customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, and to contribute to the growth and success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and clients
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Promote properties through various marketing channels and networking activities
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and legal requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai, UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid real estate license or certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is desirable

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
