JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our real estate properties, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the overall profitability and success of our real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all real estate properties including residential, commercial, and industrial properties
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental rates
- Manage and lead a team of real estate professionals, including leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance staff
- Negotiate and execute lease agreements and contracts with tenants and vendors
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner
- Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Stay up to date with local real estate market trends, regulations, and zoning laws
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and market available properties
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate management, leasing, or property management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in the UAE, particularly in Dubai
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in property management software and MS Office suite
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid real estate license is preferred
