Real Estate Sales Manager - Dubai

Are you a dynamic and experienced real estate professional looking to elevate your career in the vibrant and luxurious market here in Dubai? We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales and Leasing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage our sales and leasing team.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Oversee property listings, negotiations, and transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to provide strategic insights.

Requirements:

Experience:
• Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
• Language preference:
• English, French ,German, Russian

Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
• Language:

Requirements:
• Honesty and Integrity are a must
• Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal requirements.
• A valid Real Estate Broker License from RERA.
