Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our exceptional team at Expanding Real Estate company.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.
* Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and branding.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.

REQUIREMENTS

* Must have strong communication skills, willing to learn about new services and can work under minimum supervision.
* Reaching prospects for generating sales leads over phone & arranging meetings with Business Development Managers in order to discuss the client requirement.
* Identify decision makers within these prospects to determine different approaches to set up sales meeting.
* Sending proposals, recording customer information in the database and making strong follow up with potential clients
* Representing the company to the clients in a professional and reliable manner
