Job Position: Real Estate Sales Agent
Work Location: Ajman
Roles and Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify potential clients, both buyers and sellers, in the local real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings, provide expert advice, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry and the community.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal.
• Assist clients with property documentation, inspections, and financing arrangements.
• Create and maintain detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
• Manage leads, follow up with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, continuously striving for professional growth.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure all transactions comply with real estate regulations and laws.
Salary:
AED
7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission on Sales, Family Health Insurance
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum3-5 years of property sales experience in UAE
• Bachelor's Degree: While not always mandatory, a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or real estate can be advantageous.
• Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in real estate sales or a related field is highly preferred.
• Local Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, neighbourhoods, and market trends.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating deals, contracts, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to build and maintain a client base.
• Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical and legal standards in all real estate transactions.
• Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Arabic and English, can be a significant asset in the UAE's diverse market.
