Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing a successful sales team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
