JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The purpose of the role is to undertake valuations of residential properties in an effective manner, advising both the client and the company on expected market values, and their potential movement in the market place.
Key responsibilities of the role will include; carrying out property valuations for residential land, apartments, villas and buildings, both existing property, new build and under construction and ensuring correct advice and guidance is provided on market values.
You will also be required to prepare formal valuation reports, advise vendors and buyers on resales for potential purchases, advise clients on potential capital outlays and rental returns based on market projections and have a good understanding of the current market practices, property legal system and other property matters which concern real estate in the UAE.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be MICS qualified in valuation experience and have at least two years experience in a similar role. Preferably we are looking for someone who has knowledge of Middle East markets. High level of English both written and verbal is essential and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office would be useful.
