JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
BWP client A DIFC based company require an experienced Receptionist to work in their Head Office
Salary 12,000 AED
Duties
- Reception meeting & greeting visitors
- Answering incoming calls taking messages, emails and general inquires
- Supporting the facilities co-ordinator, maintenance, work rosters, parking card, suppliers and external contractors
- Assist with the building maintenance and other ad hoc administrative duties
- Ensure emergency and security procedure are in place and kept up to date
- Provide concierge services to guests
REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker
- Strong customer service skills and facilities, hospitality industry experience advantagous
- Reception/customer service experience
- Smart business appearance & immaculately presented
- Excellent English communication
- IT literate Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong verbal communications
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize workloads
- Approachable & friendly
- Team player
- Flawless attention to detail
