JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
You will join a dynamic and thriving team as the front of house and first point of contact for all visitors and colleagues. You will solely manage the Reception area and take full control of the below;
- Greeting all visitors
- Answering all incoming calls and taking messages
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Document control on behalf of various departments
- Administration support where necessary
10,000 AED - 12,000 AED
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English essential
- Extremely well presented
- Conversant with MS Office package
- The ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
- Growth and progression available
- Own car beneficial due to location
