JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Maintains clean reception area.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Other work that maybe assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Receptionist 1: Good Bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English)
Receptionist 2: Good English communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- Good Telephone handling Skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good listening Skills
- Professionalism
- Customer care
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
