JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an international firm, well regarded by their peers and who are growing internationally all the time. Working very closely with Fortune 100 firms across corporate finance and private equity groups, they are renowned for assisting businesses with complex situations, analyzing risk and assisting them achieve their commercial goals.

We are actively seeking a Receptionist for our client’s offices in the prestigious Dubai International Finance Centre. The Receptionist is the company’s ambassador and the face of their organisation. You will meet and greet clients as well as present an articulate and friendly telephone manner, always understanding who the client is and who they need to speak to. Strong professionalism and diplomacy will be required at all times, coupled with the organizational ability to manage meeting room requests, travel bookings for the team and be the liaison for all the suppliers the company uses.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills and teamwork ability. This person will work alone in the front of house role so they need to be a self-starter and prepared for varying degrees of pressure. At least two years prior experience in a front office position, managing administrative responsibilities, is required and local experience would be preferred, however it is not mandatory. Candidates should be highly presented with a very corporate approach who can act as a role model and ambassador for the firm.
