Job responsibilities
Receive Visitors
• Meet and greet company visitors and walk-in customers appropriately
• Determine visitor needs in a professional manner
• Manage, assist and guide visitors to the correct person or department.
• As you are the first point of customer contact in the organization you need to provide a fast and high-quality efficient service.
Answer Phone Calls
• Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Clearly determine the purpose of the call
• Deal with queries and provide correct information using professional telephone etiquette
• Provide general information about products and services.
• Forward calls to appropriate person
• Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
Manage Mail / fax
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and Fax
• Prepare outgoing mail for customers or couriers
• Respond to all email, fax and WhatsApp messages
Customer Service
• Get customer information and add new Business partner to the system.
• Updating database frequently
• Prepare correspondence and documents if needed
• Giving necessary supports to all Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive and handle client complaints and comments
• Schedule and follow up on appointments
• Maintain and organize marketing materials
REQUIREMENTS
Receptionist Requirements
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in software applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Arabic and English communication skills
• Age below 28
