JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned and prestigious law firm who are looking to hire a Receptionist on a 12 month fixed contract.
This role will require you to be highly organised and efficient in working towards tight deadlines as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Within this role you will be expected to demonstrate a professional, courteous and personable attitude to your work at all times.
Your administrative experience will equate to at least 18 months and you will have gained this experience within a professional services, financial services or banking environment. If you have had any exposure to the legal sector; this would be highly desirable.
The successful candidate should be based in Dubai and ideally possess relevant UAE administrative experience.
In character, you should be confident and motivated and have the ability to instill professionalism in your colleagues as well as having fantastic Stakeholder management skills.
