JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A well-known luxury retail company based in Dubai is urgently looking for a Receptionist. This role will be based in a shop, working for 6 days in a week. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage the reception area at the shop
- Take initial order of customers, when applicable
- Answer / transfer telephone calls
- Send/ receive courier, mail packages, delivery order, etc
- Provide general customer service support to customers
- Send quotations / invoices to customers
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A diploma or degree holder
- With general administration skills
- Have worked either in customer service / reception role
- Willing to work in a retail shop
- Willing to work for 6 days in a week
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning / mid / evening straight shift)
- Willing to be based in Dubai
