JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• To be the first point of contact for all visitors on site
• To issue visitor passes to all visitors and direct them to their destination on site
• To answer the main site switchboard, transferring calls in a professional manner
• To book meeting rooms ensuring that the room is set up appropriately, refreshments are provided and after the meeting the room is cleared ready for the next meeting
• To support the meetings where required by taking notes or typing minutes
• To sort and distribute the incoming mail for the site – both postal, fax mail and e-mail
• To coordinate the drivers and create a daily schedule for them
• To perform general office tasks including filing, record keeping and data entry.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have a Bachelors Degree
• Fluent in both the English and Arabic languages (read, write, speak).
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Calm and professional manner
• UAE Family Book
• Confident and able to deal effectively with conflict situations
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity.
• Willing to work on site on a daily basis, fulfilling administrative role
