On behalf of our client a leading multinational that is based at DIFC we are looking to recruit a Temporary Corporate Receptionist for a 6 month tenure. Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for providing 7* standard client services for the Dubai office, making internal and external guests welcome, anticipate needs and determine the nature of the business, ensure attentive call management, authorize guest access to office, set up temporary WIFI access for visitors, accept deliveries, manage meeting room requests, escalate complex bookings, filing invoices and ordering of office supplies
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be sponsored by a Spouse or Parent and have corporate receptionist experience within a professional services company. Please note this is a temporary role for 6 months however in the future it may go permanent
