JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Answer phones and route calls to specific people.
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Make coffee and set out food.
• Ensure reception area is tidy.
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.

REQUIREMENTS

• English and Russian Fluency is a must.
• Displays emotional maturity.
• Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times
• Extremely organised and demonstrates good planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• A Team player.
• Detail Conscious and accurate in all aspects of administration work
