JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Minimal admin working, paper filing and office organization
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
• 1 year of UAE experience
• 1 year of Receptionist work preferred but not required
• The ideal candidate is an extremely detail-oriented and personable multitasker who has experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced office setting.
• This person will bring resourcefulness, organization, and stellar communication skills to the desk.
