Position Title: Receptionist and Company Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An independent physical commodity trading company based in Dubai with an innovative approach to the market.
• Manage and support executives of the company – including calendar schedules, travel arrangements and visas via DMCC Portal.
• Arrange meetings, conferences, manage business visitors along with social media management – editing videos, checking responses, comments, etc.
• Develop presentation material for meetings (PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, etc.) and attend to take important notes.
• Handle reception tasks including handling phone calls and incoming emails to be able to respond in a timely manner.
• Deal with administrative tasks including maintenance and service of the office, supplies needed, office management including the purchasing of office equipment and consumables.
• Open to European and Asian nationals
• Female, 40 y/o and below
• Diploma or University Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience
• Must have Tech Savvy- Social Media tools, Power Point, Word, Excel, Video tools, Editing tools
• Web creation and experience with PWA is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills
