JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Greet, direct and assist visitors to the department
- Receive direct and relay all incoming phone calls, messages and queries
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls
- Maintain the office supplies inventory for the department
- Provide word processing and secretarial support (drafting responses and taking notes under supervision)
- Develop spreadsheets for all legal cases and updates
- Coordinate to set up Board meetings and carry out filing of meeting documents
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Counsel and other lawyers as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

- Secretarial Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year as Receptionist in a law firm/department

Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of legal documentation
- MS Office
- High speed in typing
