Job Description:
- Strong administrative skills, including contract management, filing, and expense processing via SAP.
- Professional communication skills for greeting clients and managing phone calls.
- Ability to maintain organization, cleanliness, and supplies in the reception and boardrooms.
- Collaborative, working with departments like IT, Procurement, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Female, 38 years old below
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
- Experienced in processing expenses through SAP is an advantage.
