JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a multinational audit firm that are based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Female Receptionist.

Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for answering the telephone in a professional manner, transferring calls, taking accurate messages and delivering them to the concerned parties, greeting visitors, dealing with couriers and other administrative duties deemed suitable by your Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated or have a diploma in a relevant discipline, have a minimum of two years reception experience within a corporate company with excellent interpersonal skills.

Please note candidates who can commence work immediately are preferred for this role.
