Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to be the face of their office. This role is central to ensuring smooth front-office operations, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the wider team with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, investors, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare conference rooms, and assist with visitor logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments when needed.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in financial services, investment management, or corporate offices is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
