JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a known international law firm who is looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team and support across the operations of the office.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting the clients and visitors in person and over the phone, handling enquiries, arranging meetings, preparing the meeting rooms and refreshments, as well as maintaining the office supplies. You will be the welcoming and supportive initial point of contact of the firm.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Receptionist within a professional environment, with law firm experience being of added value. It is essential that you are well spoken and presented with excellent attention to detail.
You must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate is articulate, professional and has strong initiative, whilst also being confident with minimal direct supervision.
