JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the facility, making them feel valued.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide information about the facility, services, and activities offered.
- Manage scheduling and booking for various recreational activities and events.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received.
- Assist with administrative tasks as necessary, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,200
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Food, accommodation & company air ticket will be provided
