JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assist or take messages from caller if required person is unavailable
- Support the OM and the Management Office (Travel requirement, meetings, Expanse claims, LPO's...)
- Ensures that common areas are equipped with office supplies as needed
- Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization/project policies, regulations and procedures
- Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional office
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed
- Book travel arrangements
- Manage agenda bookings
- Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients
- Ensure a database of contact numbers and addresses is kept updated
REQUIREMENTS
- Have experience working in a corporate or hotel reception environment
- Be experienced with switchboard operation
- Possess excellent communication skills as well as good use of initiative
- Be well-organized and be able to prioritize a high volume of tasks
- Be able to work well under pressure
