Employment:
Full Time
• Greet guests and colleagues
• Answer phone calls, respond to queries and route them to the appropriate person
• Assist visitors to the right department and concerned person
• Sort mails and handle all Arabic correspondences
• Oversee the office cleanliness
REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Smart and presentable personality
• Team player
• Organized and attentive to details
• Capable of preparing Arabic mail correspondences
