JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
M and M Marketing Management L.L.C. is currently hiring for a Receptionist. We are looking for an experienced candidate in the same role to join our team. If you are a passionate self – starter, do send us your updated resume
Please find below the requirements for review:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly manner
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer to queries efficiently
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Competency in software applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Maintain inventory of stock on a regular basis
• Receiving and dispatching of deliveries in a timely manner
• Assisting the HR team with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Performing ad – hoc administration duties
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 2,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Skills and experience:
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer – service skills
• Exceptional multitasking ability
Additional Requirements:
• High school certificate or general education degree required
• Proven work experience as receptionist/Front office or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills required
