JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is seeking an experienced Reconciliation and Reporting Manager for a leading online payment solutions company in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial operations, ensuring accurate and efficient management of fund flows and reconciliation processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing cost structures related to payment flows, including TPV, GMV, MDR, and FX spreads.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciliation Expertise:
- Manage reconciliation processes across 7 PSP customers and 5 acquiring banks in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in settlement reports, chargebacks, and abnormal fund movements.
- Ensure reconciliation processes cover all major payment schemes, including Visa, Mastercard, and Mada.
Reporting Ownership:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive settlement reports for PSPs, acquiring banks, and eWallets.
- Collaborate with the Treasury Manager to consolidate reconciliation data into actionable reports.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial summaries to support intercompany sweeping operations.
Audit & Documentation:
- Maintain a detailed archive of reconciliation records, settlement reports, and fund movements.
- Ensure audit readiness by verifying the completeness and accuracy of financial records.
Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with the Treasury Manager to implement automation tools for reconciliation workflows.
- Provide recommendations to improve reconciliation accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum CFA Level 1, ACCA, or Master’s Degree- Proven track record in card and eWallet fund flows, TPV, GMV, MDR, VAT CALCULATIONS, MDR, and FX loss/gain tracking.
- Familiarity with PSP operations and acquiring bank settlement flows in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Strong background in reconciliation and settlement
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA knowledge preferred).
- Familiarity with settlement and reconciliation tools, including automation and AI-based solutions.
