JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading local FMCG company is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team in Dubai.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Screening and short listing blue collar workers
- Supporting Recruitment Manager in selection process
- Ensuring all visa processes are put in place and up to date for new starters
- General HR administration
- Participating in Recruitment Projects involving travel overseas

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience recruiting, preferably at high volume within an FMCG company
- Previous experience recruiting blue collar workers
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi and Urdu speakers essential
- Able to travel internationally and frequently

Salary: 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED per month
