JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our marketing team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will enhance our recruiting efforts by managing candidate relationships, facilitating the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting.
- Prepare recruitment materials such as job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate communication templates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage candidate correspondence, following up on interviews and providing timely feedback.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination within the marketing industry.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and various sourcing tools.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to help candidates and hiring managers succeed.
