JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

As a Graduate Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment processes and ensuring the efficient and effective on-boarding of new talent into the organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in the energy industry.

Description

* Assist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
* Post job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and university portals.
* Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment databases.
* Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
* Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new hires.
* Coordinate orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS

* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
