JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Support the Recruitment Manager with staffing initiatives and mobilization of new starters into the Middle East Unit
- Responsible for handling the mobilization of employees once they have accepted the offer
- Ensuring that all necessary information and documents are gathered from the candidate
- Coordinates on-boarding request of new employees with other internal stakeholders such as IT and Admin
- Responsible for coordinating the candidates travel arrangements, accommodation, pre induction etc
- Maintaining the employee file throughout the on-boarding process and making sure all necessary documents are saved
- Assisting and supporting the Recruitment Manager in regards to preparing and uploading requisitions onto the applicant tracking system
- Conducting initial screening of CV's and posting of jobs onto various job portals
- Liaising and coordinating interviews between the candidate and the line manager
- Maintaining and updating
the applicant tracking system
- Assisting other members of the HR team as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in relevant discipline
- 2-3 years previous experience of working within an HR / Recruitment role in either the UAE or Qatar
- Excellent English communication skills - Previous knowledge of UAE and Qatar labour laws
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
