JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The ideal candidate will be able to handle both administrative side of the business as well as heading the sales to start while managing the day-to-day operations of the company. The right candidate must be ready to build and model a great company culture, provide inspired leadership to future employees, and work with owner to set a course for the platform continued growth all on a tight budget.

Responsibilities:
• Help during the company incorporation stage
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance in terms of our Services
• Working alongside the partners in developing a business strategy that delivers sustainable profitable market growth and penetration
• Utilizing your network by building professional and credible relationships with key stakeholders (Mostly HR Managers) in target companies and organizations to ensure we will be recognized as a partner of choice
• Initial platform pitching which include cold calling cold emails
• Taking a lead role on tenders and new business pitches
• Daily report needs to be submitted to the partners on the updates
• Playing a key role in developing marketing material to support business development
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of sector market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance in terms of our Services

REQUIREMENTS

• We are looking for a person with at least 3-4 yrs experience into recruitment sales.
• Should be able to work on his own from getting clients and managing relationship with them making sure there requirements are met by the backend team.
• Should be able to generate the leads on his/her own attend client meetings.
• We need someone who has spouse or dependent visa or resident visa
