Employment: Full Time

Due to increase in client requirements and as a part of our expansion process we are looking for an experienced recruiter.

Ideal candidate must have experience in sectors such as:

- Engineering and Construction
- Healthcare
- Oil & Gas
- IT & Telecom
- Banking & Finace

Also have proven experience of closing positions in Sales & Marketing, Admin support and Finance

It is a challenging role in a fast paced environment that offers a great learning opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

- Understanding requirements.
- Sourcing & identifying candidates.
- Posting Advertisements
- Coordinating with clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organisation

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree in HR or Business.
- Strong personality.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong Convincing skills.
- Goal oriented
- Can handle pressure.
- Can work with targets and strict deadlines.
