JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
At eMagine Solutions, a 360 Recruiter plays a critical role in contributing to the organization's growth and success. This position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles while also contributing to revenue generation and business development efforts.
Sourcing and Attraction:
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build a talent pipeline.
• Implement proactive candidate sourcing techniques.
Screening and Selection:
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Provide guidance and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Revenue Generation and Business Development:
• Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships to generate new business.
• Participate in business development activities, such as client presentations and networking events.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
• Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding of new hires.
Market Research and Trends:
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment practices.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter or 360 Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business development.
