JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to client requirements, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization by providing high-quality recruitment services and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and various job portals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for revenue generation, candidate placements, and client acquisition.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to facilitate successful candidate placements and client partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification in recruitment or HR management would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic would be a strong asset.
