JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Building strong relationships with the clients and the contacts within them
• Expand the client contacts among HR, hiring managers, executives
• Keep regular contact with the client contacts via phone, email, video call and F2F meetings
• Grasp a thorough understanding of the client’s needs
• Search, screen and qualify candidates for jobs
• Delegate jobs across recruiters and other TRS offices for the searches
• Send profiles of candidates with CV and additional information as the client requests
• Ensure all profiles going to the client are up a standard expected
• Ensure set targets against the account are met quarterly/annually
• Keep an accurate record of all activities on CRM

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
• Client facing experience
• Experience of high-level placements or executive search
• Middle East recruitment experience
• Fluent English and strong communications skills
